Dr. Holcomb, a 1986 grauduate of Crockett High School, completed undergraduate studies at the University of Texas, Austin, and graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston in 1993.
Dr. Holcomb has provided care to his hometown for over the last 26 years. He began as an associate to his mentor, Dr. John M. Stovall, Jr. in 1993. Continually, he has expanded his knowledge to provide an array of additional services to Houston County. Studying at the Pankey Institute over a course of 5 years, he completed through Continuum 5 and completed a Preceptorship in Dental Implantology from the Univesity of Texas San Antonio. A member of the American College of Dentists, American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Southwest Academy of Restorative Dentistry, and the Brazos Valley Dental Society. Dr. Holcomb avidly continues to advance his knowledge through being an active member of The Houston Pankey/Tanner Study Club. As well as The Southwest Academy of Restorative Dentistry participating in an array of continuing education courses yearly.
Utilizing state of art technology, Dr. Holcomb continually seeks ways to make receiving dental care less anxiety provoking as well as more visual by using diagnostic tools to explain what is occurring within a patient's mouth. He and his entire team focus on the connection between oral and overall physical wellness.
Dr. Holcomb and his wife, Laura are members of the First United Methodist Church of Crockett where he serves on a variety of committees. He is also a member of the Crockett Rotary Club, Lothrop Lodge of Crockett, and the Houston County Water District. Dr. Holcomb and Laura enjoy spending weekends in the great outdoors. Ann, their oldest daughter currently resides in Nacogdoches, Texas where she serves in ministry at Fredonia Hill Baptist Church. Will and his wife, Graycie are both studying business at Sam Houston State University.
